In the administration's authority operations, about 50 case officers work divided into different teams based on geographical areas. Our offices are located at Ramnåsgatan 1, near the Central Station and Travel Center, with the beautiful Ramnaparken next door.

Job Responsibilities

As a case officer with us, you work to ensure that both younger and older people can live a good life every day.

The work primarily involves meeting people, investigating, assessing, making decisions, and reviewing decisions regarding interventions according to the Social Services Act. This includes individual meetings, coordination with hospitals, and collaboration with other staff, relatives, and external authorities.

We investigate according to the IBiC model, Individual Needs in Center.

You work independently but also in close collaboration with colleagues and other professions and organizations.

Qualifications

You who apply have a degree from the social work program or other education that the employer assesses as equivalent.

Previous experience in authority exercise is an advantage.

A driver's license is a requirement.

As a case officer, you need to have the ability to plan, structure, and prioritize your work. You also need to have good communication skills.

Good knowledge of Finnish is an advantage.
